After sitting behind a desk for the last ten years of my career, and not exercising at all other than weekend dog walks, I knew I wanted to focus on my health and fitness. When I met Tiana, we went over my goals, background, current fitness level, and got started. Not only did I learn so much about nutrition, but she also kept me challenged and engaged in our meetings. The workouts were dynamic and constantly changing, so I was never bored. 


I was constantly surprised on what I was capable of doing. I love working with Tiana because she keeps me engaged, motivated, challenged, and she's just fun to work with! Not only have I worked out at home faithfully for five days a week throughout the entire pandemic, I've lost and kept off twenty pounds and I'm stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life! My main goals were to get stronger, learn how to eat healthier, and make exercise a part of my daily life. At 21 years old, I never really knew how to train properly, or what specifically to do to. I am a college level athlete who ran into trouble during the pandemic because all practice and team activities were cancelled. Knowing that I would eventually return, I knew I needed to keep in shape. Tiana's coaching and programming have helped me to stay on top of my nutrition and food intake, as well as consistency in my home workout routine.

I have Parkinson’s disease which is shown in my case with tremors, slowness of movement, balance issues and difficulty walking.  Tiana was able to assess my physical agility and through a variety of exercises, weight training, cardio, and yoga, I am now in much better control of my overall health. I couldn't ask for a better trainer. Tiana is tough but she also understands what I need to succeed. Not only has she addressed my physical goals, but she has also looked at my nutrition and sleep, among other things. My customized coaching and routines worked through all muscles in my body and included proper warmups and stretching techniques for after the workout. She helps me keep track of my progress, and challenges me more when I need it. There is always variability in the workout routines and equipment, which make the workouts fun, interesting, and dynamic.

I started with Tiana after I retired and had just recovered from my second knee replacement. I was getting back into horse riding and jumping and noticed that my stamina and strength had diminished significantly.


Tiana designed a program that was realistic for a person of my age and fitness level. When we started, I couldn’t bear to do any floor exercises because my knee replacement made it so difficult for me to get up off the floor or do any exercises on my hands and knees. Now, many of my exercises are performed on the floor and on hands and knees.


My balance has greatly improved, and my core is much stronger. She has also worked with me on my nutrition to develop a better balance in my diet. She is incredibly supportive but also will hold my feet to the fire when I need it. She also works to adapt my workouts when I have injuries or painful joints.


Tiana has continued to provide challenging and fun workouts. I enjoy training with Tiana and look forward to many more workouts and continued improvement. I highly recommend Tiana to anyone that wants to improve their physical condition and enjoy it.

I am in my late 60's and have had many physical challenges to overcome. Because of Tiana's patience, tenacity, and professionalism, I am stronger, more flexible, and have better balance than I've had in years. I used to trip on my country property and fall to the ground too often but after training with Tiana and increasing my muscle strength and coordination, I rarely trip anymore and even if I do, I no longer fall. 


She customizes exercises to my particular needs and limitations and willingly modifies the week's planned workouts if I feel I need to spend additional time on a particular area.  (You know how you wake up some mornings and something new hurts?!  Just tell her and she will know exactly what exercise you should do!)


I have made so much more progress training with Tiana than I ever did with physical therapists. In addition to improving my physical wellbeing, she has also helped me to work on my emotional and nutritional health. I would highly recommend her.
